I made an order on the app and apparently my order never went through. I tried showing her my receipt and she kept talking over me saying they didn't receive any online orders and didn't want to see my receipt or anything. She was so rude and didn't attend me and left me waiting in the drive thru. I made my order again and another employee told me that their printer ended up printing both orders i made. And she told me i could cancel because she didn't know how. I still haven't received a refund. 2 medium drinks ended up costing me $17. Such rude employees here.
It seems I can never get what I paid for. A large vanilla chai that isnt half way empty!
We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.
This is my local Dunkin Donuts meaning I go a lot. I'm not particularly happy with their deminors BUT they're always quick and never mess up my orders.
Coffee is way too hot, and they charge too much for the dounuts
