Let me start by saying that Candice the manager there is AMAZING!! I had ordered online and they use a third party for delivery. My food never got here despite it saying it was delivered. I called the Panera and spoke to Candice. She completely apologized and said she would refund me my money and also send me a voucher. Next thing I know she was at my door delivering my meal herself! Not only was my meal on the house but she also gave me a voucher. Candice definitly went above and beyond. She truly knows the aspect of customer service. You guys are lucky to have her as part of your team!

This location is always 5-star in customer service. This is only the second time in all my years of coming here that my order was messed up. However, I called and Jennifer was great. When I got to the restaurant, Kevin and Jennifer took care of me and made sure everything was good. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond and hold themselves accountable. They will always have my business!!

In Kansas City, this was always one of my treat meals. Broccoli cheese soup in a sourdough bowl with a half sandwich can't go wrong. I got cream cheese with my bagel the second time, but they forgot it the first time. Also, apparently you can only sign up for their coffee club online and that was disappointing. I had to add my own cream and sugar, that makes me miss the service of the nearby Starbucks. All of my food was delicious, so just a few misunderstandings with customer service made it less than perfect.
