Terrible, horrible, not so very good customer service!! We were the only ones in the drive through and it took them forever to get my order. They gave me and charged me for two donuts when I only ordered one. Then they took the extra donut out of my bag, touching all the other munchkins and donut they had threw in there. She wore a glove, but I don’t know what she had done with that glove on before going through my bag. Also, not the stores fault, but the “free donut with purchase” didn’t come off in the app. Corporate is also the worst. They do nothing because each store is their own entity. What a waste of money!!!nnUpdate: the manager is a wonderful lady. She called and apologized and said she’d remedy the situation.
The food is fine, but they always get my orders wrong and are rude. Generally have poor customer service skills.

This place was cool and great. I got the strawberry lemonade and a sandwich which was very fantastic. They made that sandwich and my cheese so fast till I suspected we might have had the wrong order, but of course they were correct. Their parking was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend!
I have worked for Dunkin Donuts 1 year and 3 months and learned that all ice coffeenIf ran out of liquid sugar you mustnAdd 1-2 regular sugar if needed pour a little hot water in the cup so it melts so th customer doesn't only drink sugar.
