My daughter and I had a really bad experience at the Hinsdale location. After patiently waiting with only two other customers who were being helped We were told they would be right with us. Another lady came in and was immediately taken care of while we just stood there. I have been in that store many times and never been treated so poorlynI had told my daughter how great the people were there and they made a lier out of menThey have lost our business

They have really great high end makeup and skincare, stuff you can't find in ULTA or Sephora. The lady Kayla was really helpful and kind.
