Absolutely horrible front desk customer service! Also please beware of hidden credit card fee charges which was never disclosed at the time of checkout. I purchased two facial services. When I called asking what was the additional charge on my invoice I was rudely told you have to pay with cash which I did have at the time of visit but was not given that option. On my second visit at checkout I had a different receptionist which was very nice. I asked her for change to tip Chris and the lady from the previous visit rudely interrupts and says we don't have change. And then began to Carry on about the credit card service fee changing her story now saying it was sales tax......... And that I was so angry over the phone ... shes saying all of this while I'm trying to checkout with an entirely different person. It was beyond embarrassing, awkward, and unprofessional! I did have an amazing experience with Chris Nedza. He was very professional and explained everything in detail which is the only reason I gave any stars. I was so looking forward to seeing Chris for all my future facial needs but the horrible front desk service has totally ruined my experience.
I have been here for several procedures and highly recommend yo anyone looking around. The manager and all the staff were well educated and gave outstanding procedures. I will definitely be coming back for any other that I need.
The pictures looked good. The website looked professional. Once I arrived, I soon realized I would most likely, very soon, be on an episode of Botched. Save yourself all the pain and suffering I endured. Find a different place to get your work done.
Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Had my first service today and can’t wait to come back.
super rude and was told that I am getting old so I need to use more botox. I have been getting 10 units for the last 5 years on my crows feet and suddenly it doesnt work after you told me I have to use the full 20 units? it has been a month and barely see a difference. the lady on the phone said I need to come back for 50 units next time for crows feet. that is insane. do NOT recommend
