Massage Envy

Massage therapy was just what I needed after surgery. I have been going regularly and my pain is less and less with each massage session. The facility is following all Covid19 safety guidelines. I recommend Patricia for massage. They also provide skin treatments such as facials.

It's been so hard tryna get an appointment, but I finally able to get one setup. The stuff is always nice and professional it's a great place to unwind at.

Alyssa’s facials are fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of explaining what your skin needs. Top notch!

I usually give the place 4 stars on an average but my last massage was just nice. I expected great. The person that did my massage did not listen well. I explained I had neck and back pains. I also requested no heat on the table because I was already warm. She did not turn the heat off . During the session I began to sweat and asked her to turn the table heat off again and she stated she would not turn it off because the room would be cold. She did set it to a low setting which I dealt with ....she did not touch my back which was in pain. she only placed a hot towel on it. Today I’m completely sore and I have not a clue why I have pain in my legs which was not an issue before the massage. The positive 5 star is the front desk staff were friendly, the rooms are clean and smell fresh, and the customers in the waiting area were friendly as well...

I have come here for massages for years. Lot’s of great therapists and staff. My issue is with the franchise policy regarding my request to freeze my membership right now because of Covid. Seems I won’t be charged my monthly fee, but the credits I have accumulated I can’t use unless I un-freeze my account. Given all the Issues with the pandemic I am disappointed the policy isn’t more client friendly.
