Company not deserve 1 star , don't come to pickup load here waiting time alot here is crossdock loads ,,, portable washroom available overnight parking available
I’ve been working at this company for awhile now. I have nothing but praise for the people and the company. I came in not knowing a thing about the trucking industry, West Wind trained me very well. If you want to work then they will help you and teach you everything about the trucking industry. Hard work is awarded with great pay. I would recommend West Wind to anyone that is looking for a job in transporting.nPSnAnonomy anon..nIf someone is sleeping at their desk on multiple occasions of course you will not learn. If you would be open minded and listen to the people that are trying to teach you you would have prospered in this company. Trucking is a high energy business where mistakes can cost $$$$$$. Someone who is constantly doing the same mistake and refusing to change or learn will not make it with West Wind or in Transportation.
Well I started they almost a year ago... The owner and his son are awesome..and the HR Manager always makes time to listen to u...I Recommend this company for anny driver that wants more out of life...
