My package was held on their truck for four days. Each day it was scanned for delivery, but never arrived.nnI then drove 15 miles in an attempt to retrieve it myself, but when I arrived it was not available.nnDespite the shortcomings, the staff made every attempt to resolve the issue. I still did not receive the package for another 3 days, but at least during that time I felt like they tried their best.
My package has been at this location for 6 days! No terrible weather, no nothing. No reason it should be there that long.
Lost package. Blamed it on weather happening in the south. Even though they received the package over a week ago and according to tracking its been siting on a truck in their lot! Its suppose to come north to wi which isn't anywhere near the weather issues happening in the lower states.
this company is terrible they cant deliver a 1 pound package they keep returning the package since the 1st of this month we are on the 12 and noone can give me an answer on how to pick up a simple package!! avoid this company at all cost!! i will be reporting to best Business Bureau
