I've been working for this company for almost three months. Now...you ask how the heck do I know enough yet to be giving a review? Well, I'll tell you how. This job requires constant communication so every single day I am interacting with the people that I work for. You get to know people fast that way. While no company is perfect...and let's be honest here no company is perfect.. this one at least cares about their drivers and they do what they can to help you be successful. This company understands that while I have a career I also have a family and they make sure I don't have to sacrifice one for the other. They give you all the tools and support you need to be a successful owner/operator. I am happy with the choice to become a part of this team!
I hired on here in January 2021, began this journey as a company driver while waiting for new lease trucks to arrive. Everyone here made me feel welcome, and they have been open and honest from the very beginning. The lease purchase is straight forward, no hidden agendas, pay settlements are equally straight forward. These people are driven not only to succeed themselves but also for YOU the contractor to succeed.n28 almost 29 years ago I began my career as a trucker, and I have seen many companies in my time, but I can say without a doubt that THIS company is by far the best I have been with.nIf you’re willing to do the work, and not expect to go home every weekend, be willing to have open communication with your dispatcher, not be arrogant, you will see the results in your weekly settlements....nin 3 months time I have made as much as I made in a years time as a company driver with previous companies. Personally, my experience was nothing but great. Been with the company for almost a year and really there is nothing to complain about. Driving a straight truck, from the beginning Marko was super professional, very helpful and most importantly honest. Pay is great, you'll have great miles and they will work with you based on your needs. Any issues regarding truck are always immediately solved so there is no down time. And their fleet consists new units so there is nothing to worry about. Come and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed, I definitely wasn't. :)

If you want to get paid every week come to Magnum Freight, they’re G•R•R•Reat! No old trucks, I just got another new truck after 1year. Pay check direct deposit every week no games over here. I’ve been to a few companies that played with my money. So owners operators beware of companies not paying you. Magnum Freight pays on time,every time! This is my second year no problems. We put in 375,000 miles last year on a new truck! One thing about Magnum Freight is they keep us rolling to the money.
