I tried a company before I called Royal and the experience was horrible, so I went on google to search for a carpet company.nRoyal home flooring was it, the customer service was excellent, the way they kept in contact with every step of the process.nThe contractor even had great customer service and very neat. The carpet installers were GREAT! They worked very hard and the installation was perfect. They were very nice and courteous. They cleaned up everything after and I was completely satisfied with their service.nThe carpet is beautiful. The pricing was reasonable and they guaranteed to meet any estimate I received.nI highly recommend!

Royal's installers were very professional and did an awesome job. From moving and replacing my furniture to vacuuming the carpet when done I was very pleased. I needed my carpet Installed right away and Jim made it happen! My steps and bedrooms look fantastic! I highly recommend them!

This is a great company.nThe salesman was friendly but real, not overly-friendly as if he was just trying to make a sale. The carpet I had installed is an American product which is always great and the pricing is the least expensive I could find. Very reasonable pricing. The installation is was easy and fast and looks really good. They were honest about the fact that they wouldn't recommend installing vinyl or laminate over my existing but damaged hardwood floor because of the extreme uneven texture. Other companies told me they would cover it for much more money. They gave me a quote for installing a brand new hardwood floor which was beyond reasonable, but I don't plan on staying in this house very long so I didn't want to spend any extra money that wasn't necessary.nThe only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when the installers arrived, they didn't know which room they were installing. It's not a big deal but made me a little uneasy as if maybe there's a lack of communication between the managers and the installers. Also, my window for the installers arriving was between 8-10am, so I planned my whole week around 8am at the earliest. Day of installation, I get a call (which was very nice, thank you for the heads-up) from the installers at 7:10am, telling me they would arrive in 15 minutes. I told them to please wait until 8am and they sounded confused as if this was the first time they were hearing about a time frame. I'm very grateful they were not late but 35 minutes early is much too early. I think overall, there just needs to be more communication with the installers.nHowever, they fixed some loose tiling in my bathroom for free without being asked which was not part of the deal so I'm very grateful for that.nnI would recommend Royal Home Flooring.

Great experience all the way through the process. I wasn't sure what to expect when we scheduled a free estimate but salesman was punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and set up install for the date that worked best for us. Installation happened yesterday. 2 guys came out and were here right on time. They did amazing work. They didn't rush the install and provided options when it came to seaming the carpet. They were very knowledgeable and I would certainly request they come next time. I didn't get their names but really appreciated their time and attentifon doing the work. A++ all around!
