I am very pleased with the new mattress I purchased! It is somewhat firm, but with a soft top. It usually takes a while for me to get used to a new mattress, but not this one! It felt great and is so comfortable! The young man at the store was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the various mattresses, but there was no pressure at all to buy one! I also like the fact that my mattress is made with organic materials and without added chemicals! Love this store!

I'm a repeat customer and you can't beat the quality of their beds. They make their own product and they do it well. I've had my current mattress for over 10 years and it has held up well. It will make a great guest bed when my new one arrives this week. I highly recommend Quality Sleep Shop.

My children both came home from college unexpectedly due to COVID-19. I needed a mattress the same day and could not go into the store due to my work schedule. They asked me what type of mattress I was looking for, made a fabulous recommendation, and delivered it the same day! I ended up keeping the mattress for myself. Thank you Quality Sleep Shop for an awesome product and listening to my needs!

Quality Sleep Shop is second to none! I met Tim in his shop years ago and was so impressed in how they build their mattresses, I would not buy from anywhere else. Nestled in the suburbs just outside of Chicago, Quality Sleep Shop builds mattresses on site, they are factory direct.Tim Masters' story is a good one and worth reading about in how he learned and acquired this business and the excellent products he delivers. We've lived in Florida for a good amount of time, and just recently contacted Tim and his team again to build mattresses for us. I highly recommend this awesome, Made in America Mattress Company!
