We’ve always bought all of our mattresses at this location, And have never been disappointed. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and always gives us exceptional service. We appreciate the time he spends with us explaining the different mattresses and price range. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Countryside store. The first bed we bought here was hard as pavement. For a $100 fee, the store exchanged this for a softer model. Unfortunately this bed off-gassed some sort of chemical for days so we exchanged once again. For another $400. Our final bed was nice for one person. However, once my husband got in, he sunk deep, forcing me to sleep on a decline or stay to the outermost edge. American Mattress will not refund even part of our purchase. The manager invited us to spend more money on another model! But the experience of three horrible beds is enough—I am beyond skeptical of what they are selling. We have lost more than $2,000 and were once long-time customers of this store.
