Attempted to rent a cable layer last weekend. The rental department could not locate all of the necessary parts for the equipment. Drove half way across town to rent from A local rental facility. No issues.nnRented a pressure washer today. No gas. No oil. Amazingly it would not start. Returned the equipment, was told they would have someone “show” me how to start it. It didn’t start. I’m driving across town in morning.nnThe manager was magnanimous and offered to give me $3 off of my next rental as repayment for the tank of gas I put in their equipment. I will never try to rent or shop from this location again. This is the only Home Depot I have ever had an issue at.
Camille at the countryside store was so extremely helpful. I was upset when I was told the stove I order would not be able to deliver for another 3-4 weeks. I spoke with her and she assured me she could get ne a similar stove. We found one and it was delivered within a week! She was so patient and understanding. I would recommend this store, truly great customer service!
I love this Home Depot. I mean.. I love all Home Depots. But especially this one..because there is a half price books in the same plaza. There is nothing I love more than books and tools! Tvb
Very clean place and staff is always so polite and genuine and honest. I appreciate the honesty when it comes to getting help. If they genuinely don’t know about a product they are honest and go as far as seeing they can figure it out with me vs saying they know a product when they in fact do not. Appreciate the honesty with their employees and will continue coming back.
Nice place. Well stocked. Slightly disappointed from their kids workshopnNeed more effort from the team. Also you are supposed to grab the kids workshop kits first Saturday of month, but last Saturday they did not have them because they decided to start giving them during the entire first week of the month.
