Don’t waste your time. They are a sprint store with a T-Mobile badge. They can’t do anything for you unless you want to just buy a phone. Worst customer service ever. Once sprint always sprint.
I've been to this location 3 times, they haven't been able to help me once. They say they're 3rd party and cannot help with my issue. Pointless trip. Every time.
Do not go to this store, they try to rip you off, lie about coverage plans they have on their website. Very rude staff.
Lilly & Victor from T-Mobile worked very hard to resolve the issue we had with Sprint. We were sent a bill for activating a phone we looked at but never purchased from Walmart. The sales person did not finish the cancelled transaction completely which generated a bill being sent to us in error. What a Headache!!!!
Victor, the Store manager was extremely helpful in helping switch my SIM from one phone to another. Went above and beyond.
