Great customer service and very helpful with my questions...came in there and bought a phone and I left with such a great experience... Hugo took his time to transfer my data from one phone to the next while the other lady (I think her name is Daniela) took her time explaining all the wonderful perks my plan came with... awesome service and I 100 percent recommend this store location to those that want real customer service... thanks so much! So happy with my phone!

Avoid coming to this location. I went to another Metro by T-Mobile location to ask questions on my new services which the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. I find out that I was overcharged on the phones I purchased. Stay the hell away from this store location Summit.
