Went in with a friend to handle an activation of a phone purchased from a third party. The agent was extremely helpful and did everything possible to get the phone set-up. She managed to multitask with multiple customers to keep things moving while the activation process took it's time. Gianna was the BEST!!!

This T-mobile is what the company needs to look up to. The employees here went above and beyond and didn't stop. They took care of the problem I had with the uttermost care and with no headaches. Violet was really cool with me waiting there to update his phone so we can restore it back to his current backup.nI needed to add service to a old phone since my brother wanted to go swimming with his old phone. I was having problems with this simple task since the first T-mobile I went to had the employees just chilling behind the desk watching a movie. They didn't want to help and just told me to go to another store.nThanks again Violet and hopefully your store owner sees this and hooks it up with a Starbucks bevi. If not I will!nThis T-mobile got a forever customer!nnP.S. don't go to the T-mobile on Ogden and LaGrange.... it's a ghetto movie theater!

Not much of a pleasant experience I had. Came in like 35 minutes before closing time. Employee could be a little more polite, well-mannered and knowledgeable. Won't be coming back to this store location. Customer service wasn't the best.

I rarely have a negative experience inside a T-Mobile store. You do not feel welcomed nor are you greeted when you walk into the store. The “manager” has a negative attitude. If she is not happy with a costumer service position, she needs to reconsider her job. Don’t even waste your time going to this location.
