Couldn't find anyone to help find a microwave on a recent Monday night in March 2021. Went to the front twice to ask. Finally someone came. They checked inventory, but were out of stock. The store seemed to be lite on stock. We went to Chicago Ridge and I'll found plenty of the item we needed. Same company. Different experience.

Hard to find someone to help. Short personal. The lady was very helpful. They had her running all over the place.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. I used the button in the confirmation email to confirm I was at the store and ready for pick up. The employee accidentally brought out the wrong order (a crock pot), which was not a big deal. I joked that my husband wouldn't know what to do with me if I brought home yet another crock pot! The employee quickly came back with the right item and I was soon on my way back home. I would definitely use the curbside option again here, it was very convenient.
