It’s a nice cemetery until you pay to bury someone there and you find out you can put any flowers at their grave. The grounds keepers are forced to removed all of people’s decorations. It’s sad that this establishment claims it wants to make the process of grieving easier, but in fact they take away the one thing that brings people joy when visiting their loved one. People enjoy putting flowers for their loved ones and keeping their grave plot looking nice. We all would appreciate if the cemetery would work with grieving families to find a solution that works for all the parties involved.

For those complaining about decorations being taken off. This cemetery is over 300 acres and it takes a lot of time to care for. I have generations of family buried here. This is not a small town cemetery. I've seen people place a lot of decorations on one grave when there are instructions clearly stating the amount of decorations that can be put on a grave and the kind that can be placed. Rules and regulations are clearly stated BEFORE you even purchase of plot. And for the many people who leave their decorations on the graves past the clean up times 3/15 to 3/31 and 10/15 to 10/31 then they are dumped. Some of the decorations get really unsightly. Take the time to drive around the place BEFORE you purchase anything. You are certainly free to get a plot in some other cemetery. This is not a European cemetery! I've seen photos of what candles can do to monuments, not to mention the hazard they cause when the staff are trying to cut the lawn.

Beautiful and Peaceful place, the only problem is they don’t respect the area. My dad is buried here and every time we leave flowers it’s all taken away. Today our cross that we made and painted was taken away along with lights we left. Everyone else has their cross up but ours was taken away. I understand they cut grass and things can be broken. But the cross wasn’t in the way, you can see the line where the lawnmower passes and it wasn’t even near it.

The staff over there is very unprofessional and have no sympathy at all. When we buried my loved one, every time we went back things were thrown out. I have family members buried in cemeteries in Poland and the difference is huge. You can have as many candles and flowers at your loved ones graveside in Poland. I also have a monument ready to be put up but I am waiting for them to pour the concrete. They keep giving me the go around saying there are a lot of people in front of you. We are getting to your loved ones as fast as we can. They said this would be done in mid September. Its already Oct 1 and when I called today there response you have to wait. If they have as many people in front of me to get to then hire more staff. They make so much money from this i am sure they can afford to get more people. They are disrespectful and have no compassion at all. Its so sad to see because as a Catholic you are thought to love and be kind, and to see staff that is the opposite is just something else. Something needs to be done, they need to be better organized. You are already going through so much losing a loved one and then to be dealing with people that don't care is heartbreaking.
