This location is always pretty busy, so the delay in service and the lack of quality of service can be expected. What truly cannot be expected/accepted is a failure in process. Understanding that there are COVID-19 precautions is one thing, but food should not sit for over 20 minutes to the point where it is cold. Ordered food at 2:05pm and didn’t hear my name called (was sitting near the food preparation area) and so I went to check if the food was ready at 2:33pm to learn it had been there for a while and so I ask an associate and receive attitude for asking how long the food was sitting. This level of customer service should not be welcomed. They are moving to a new location down the street, really hope they improve the process and increase the quality of service. It’s the simple stuff that sticks.

Me and my co-workers always order from Panera and i love their Green Passion Fruit and their salads but ... this is like 2nd time that my order is not delivered … and when is delivered there is always something missing ....I will never order again from this location

A favorite spot for delicious Cafe food. I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. Definitely worth a return visit.

I order my food online and Panera said my food would be ready at 7:11 pm and I went to Panera made it there on time and I told one of the workers that I was there to pick up and I stated my last name and she said she will check my order and she will be right back (I was in my car) the worker never came back to my car to let me know what was going on with my order. I looked at the clock and it was now 7:24 pm and I had to go in the store and ask for my order and no one knew anything about my order then when I told the worker what I order there like “oh your food is right there” and pointed to a shelf they put orders on so there runners can take it to customers cars. I'm very unsatisfied with what happened at this Panera today. I won't ever return to this Panera again. Poor service.ud83dude12
