They have some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! Their tres leches is also very good too along with many other pastry options. Their hot menu items are good (but are not in English so you may have to ask them to describe the dish to you) and I always get the moussaka. Fresh baked bread is included with the meals. Service is friendly.
Roka Bakehouse rocks! The food is always warm, freshly made and consistently delicious. The espresso is absolutely superb, but the best part is the nice and welcoming staff. This place is nothing fancy, but a perfect spot for a casual meeting with friends in a nice setting. Thanks Roka for the great experience every time!
We went there to get fresh bread. It was awesome! We will definitely go back and try more things!
Downside, they were not wearing masks. ud83eudd37♀ufe0f I literally mean no one was, neither the baker or the woman who was helping me. They were friendly, but it is a pandemic. Aside that, I loved the cheese and jelly crossaints! Read a few reviews and stopped in to try. MUST TRY, the baked goods are delicious!!!
Awesome experience. Delightful people who were happy to explain their menu to me. I must have ordered basically everything and they served up hot, delicious variety. The meatballs (cufte?, pronounced like choofta, they explained), are soft and smothered in flavourful sauce. The stewed beef is perfectly tender. And it is a little market with some sausages, cheeses, spreads, honey .. so much more.
