Literally every time I come here they get something in my order wrong. Sometimes it's something as simple as putting the wrong cheese on my sandwich, sometimes it's putting real meat on it instead of the beyond that I asked for, other times it's forgetting something in my order altogether.
Got a brownie sundae & didn't have topping as advertise, no hot fudge or peanuts. Also while taking my order, talking to other employees & having to repeat order again. Didn't know serving ice cream was rocket science. Go to Culver's instead. They have great customer service!!
The WORST phone etiquette, let the phone ring and ring then they take the phone off the hook so when you call again it’s busy.
They always get our orders wrong due to not understanding the language
The are always out of pralines and cream. Go some place else.nOp. I'm live 230 ft away. Do not waist your time. They promise there going to get but it am the dummy for be leaving them.
