I order here a lot for my lunch break and always have it delivered. They are really always fast and have everything correct. Today was the first time they missed something in my order. I ordered the pick two soup and salad and there was no chicken in my salad. So I called back which it did take me several tries to get through but I explained that my salad had no chicken. They sent me out a full salad a two cookies for the inconvenience. Great customer service!! Will keep ordering from this location.

Great lunch spot. Especially in the winter, soup and a sandwich combo can't be beat. Highly recommended. Never been disappointed

I called after i placed a delivery order to ensure my modifications would be followed and it still arrived incorrect. Do they not verify orders? AND it said my order was delivered by a manager.

I do like my bagels, and Panera sure can deliver! A nice place to grab breakfast and has a nice atmosphere. Of course, due to the current pandemic it's much more quiet inside but that hasn't changed the friendly nature of Panera. While orders may take some time occasionally, it's usually worth the wait. That said, I'd recommend giving Panera a chance if you haven't already and if you've already tried it, go get some more!

It took a really long time for them to take my order. I was waiting for at least ten minutes and there were plenty of people on staff they just seemed to be chatting? The food also took a long time to prep for a panera but I know a lot of orders are coming in online now. Despite the downsides this panera is usually really good, I go maybe once every few months. Food is always good and fresh and their staff is friendly.
