Service is bad here. I never get what I ordered. I ask for a small coffee, I get a medium. I ask for coffee with sugar, I end up getting no sugar... I come back hoping my experience will be better than the last but it never changes.nnAlso the drive thru is dirty because there is no garbage can like at other locations. I reported it to an employee and all she said was OK. They don’t seem to care at all. No wonder there are rats all over Chicago.
Very bad food service. Order two egg and cheese wraps and got very burnt. Not eatable. I am amazed that how can the worker handed over to me. I should have checked the bag. If i had share picture no one will ever go there. Also , the hot coffee are always stale when you go between8pm-9pm.
I ordered a dozen assorted donuts yesterday and was filled with disappointment. The donuts were all stale and even my favorite donut, Boston Creme, filled me with disgust. The custard on the inside tasted as if it was a day old. Never again until they step up their service.
Have been there multiple times and they never ever have hot fudge. They should remove it from the menu.
What is the point of ordering your self a coffee if they are gonna make it how they want. 3 times I ordered here everytime I get a large cream light coffee. When I asked for a cold brew with one cream.. How if I asked for one cream does my coffee look like egg nog... Oh and the staff all look like they hate the world. Management needs to clean house and get some better workers
