You have to try the tamales!!! Especially the poblano cheese ones! They're so good, warm or cold. The pastries and sweets here are delightful and affordable. Would reccommend this as a place to stop for lunch or to get your birthday cake at. Their cakes look amazing, but I haven't tried one yet. I can't give the cakes a honest review until I do.
I love those conchas. Muffins are delicious and a good variety. Coco bombs!nGet there and pig out.
Love this bakery! My favorites are the tamales (chicken, pork & rajas y queso), tres leches cake slice (glad they started selling slices instead of only the whole cake) & their muffins. The tamales are really big, tasty & always fresh. The tres leches cake is fluffy & moist with yummy whipped cream & the perfect level of sweetness. They also have a lot of cookies, breads, eclairs, cannolis & other baked goods. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly and fast. I also buy their products at the La Grange Farmers Market and the Brookfield Farmers Market.
