I go here every morning, have had only awesome service at this location. the staff are fast and friendly.
Once again, messed up cup of coffee. This time it wasn’t stirred. Flavor swirl and sugar sitting on the bottom. You never figure it out until you drive away.
They ALWAYS running out of something ud83dude20ud83dude20 and then you're trapped in the drive thru and can't just leave! I hate coming here! I wish I could leave no stars!
I live a few blocks away and was happy to see a new Dunkin Donuts open. This is the 3rd visit that they have gotten the order wrong. All 3 times I ordered a pumpkin muffin and they gave me the wrong muffin. I understand when its busy mistakes can happen. This morning I was literally the only person there and the only thing I ordered was a muffin. Also, I've never been to a DD that doesn't say goodmorning or even say thank you. Incredibly rude and incompetent. I'll just go 15 minutes out of my way each morning for my muffin.
I go here every morning and the staff almost know me by name.
