Good service, over the years the quality of the donuts has suffered. Definitely do not taste like fresh baked. And I was disappointed that the washroom is closed. During the pandemic, washing hands is critical, yet the restrooms are closed. I'm disappointed with management decision not to have the washrooms open.
The words I said were chocolate frosted chocolate doughnut. The words that I was “supposed” to say is “double chocolate.” You don’t list your doughnut names on the menu... I didn’t get what I wanted nor an apology or an attempt to fix, just the move along gesture. Rude.

I can't tell you how horrible our iced coffee has tasted from here. Either the coffee has been sitting there for a while and is extremely bitter or (and this is usually the case) the flavoring they use to sweeten it tastes like chemicals, sometimes feels like I'm drinking burned plastic. Just a weird experience here every time I take a risk and drive up. I drive further now to a different location for my iced coffee, no more risk taking with my drinks here. 2 starts because the bagel has always been good.nnIf only they could figure out the coffee! ud83dude23
