Visited one week ago, and had another appointment today. Terrific customer service and vast knowledge of skincare and body sculpting therapies. Not only is Alexis highly educated in her field, she is professional and skilled with the newest technologies/machinery/tools available. Her personality is icing on the cake. She is kind and sweet and friendly. I would deal with the time and travel involved in patronizing someone who I believe stands above the rest, however I’m lucky enough to be in the same town. I try very hard to support small business owners in my neighborhood so very happy to have CGF in my hometown. Alexis and her business checks all the boxes for me. Highly highly recommended!

Better off letting your five year old microblade and install lashes. Ask them for pictures of their results, not another esthetician’s. Brows burned, hair falling out, lashes fell out within a week. Paid for follow up sessions but will not go because the place is not sanitary, they make appointments and don’t show up. Had the nerve to only return my call after I left a bad review on Groupon to tell me that she had a health issue and somehow that was why my brows looked like I’d survived a jail attack and she missed two appointments with no communication!! Then lies and says I am the reason my services turned out bad and she tried to correct for free. Went as far as to say she investigated and has footage of me pulling out my lashes?! Lol!! How?! Completely false. Still can’t show me a good microblade she’s done! All these positive reviews are her friends or people who got lucky! Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Just research and be careful because I don’t think these are licensed professionals. If they are, IL DPHR needs to investigate.
