Terrible customer service from Cassie. Tried putting my account on hold because I have multiple massages built up that I have paid for that I need to use. Apparently all they care about is taking your money because I can’t use my massages until they get MORE MONEY.

I have been coming to Massage Envy for a long time. I do have one of their memberships. The massage therapists have all been good, most great and the staff has been friendly till today. I hurt my back getting ready to move and called to see if there had been any cancellations. They did have one so I took it and was so happy that I would feel better. I arrived at my massage and told her what I'd done and what I wanted. Her massage was great at relaxing me, but was not helpful at relieving my discomfort. I said something when I checked out and to my surprise received a very negative reaction. I was told that they were getting away from the deep tissue because they are getting hurt cause they do it all day! They are the cheapest place and everyone wants to come here! Oh, and you get what they have when you call last minute! If I had ever said something like what he said to me where I worked I would have been fired on the spot! Like I said until today my massages have been what I wanted and expected. I don't want to be treated like this customer service guy treated me though. He did not provide good customer service and I hope the young lady working with him doesn't follow his example.

I really enjoy Massage envy! I have been going monthly, for several months now for facials. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the services (from the front desk staff to the people providing services). I love Drea! She is so knowledgeable, great at recommending products for my skin type, and most importantly GREAT at what she does. I can’t say enough about how great this place is! Highly recommend!
