I don’t usually write reviews, but I always have such a great experience every time I go to Dr. Russo’s office I thought I should share.nDr. Russo is incredibly professional, thorough and communicative, definitely makes me feel like I’m in the best hands. Aside from being highly skilled he is is warm and personable. I’m always very happy about the results I get when I visit his office.nYesterday, I had a hydro facial with Katie and I loved it, I can totally see how supple my skin is today.nThe whole staff is friendly and very helpful.

Very professional and clean establishment. The esthetician is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of your questions. She was extremely friendly and treated me like I was her top priority. Will definitely go again and schedule more procedures

They unblocked my email so I could leave a review. Save your time and a month of headaches and go to a bigger city. The receptionists tells you a million different things and they cancel and reschedule constantly! They also make you think youll be getting treatment this day and you dont! Never again will I attempt this place for nothing. Dr.wagner in Indianapolis is amazing!

COMPLETE HEADACHE‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0fI would not go here or attempt to schedule a appointment. This has been a ongoing nightmare for 30 days! Between them canceling and rescheduling my appts. They told me I would get filler done amd numbing the day I came in. I called back to make sure on time of appt and then they said no I'm not getting the filler done its a consultation appt only, so at this point I can not get the filler done and never even scheduled another appt. Then to top it all of they waited so long it was two months out. All the receptionists gave me different dates and times over and over. I would not recommend this at all. I told them I would be leaving a review and not a good one, they blocked my email so I couldnt leave leave a review and had to come on another email to even write this review. Save yourself the time and headache go to a bigger town....have a good day
