My wife and I leased a space here for six months, after relocating to the area from out of state. From start to finish, Rochelle and her team were phenomenal in getting everything set up for us at a really great price! We never had any problems with our unit and the staff was always friendly. The grounds were always clean and during the winter months we didn’t have any rodent issues which was a major concern for us. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking to store your items short-term or long-term.
This place is thee best! The manager, Patricia made us feel so safe and like a family. I searched around for other storage units but didn’t get even half the service I get here! Definitely recommending to all my family and friends!
Rochelle was very friendly and accommodating with our needs. She was knowledgeable, made recommendations and kept her promise to ensure that our needs were met. We are satisfied customers.
I have been a Life Storage customer for more than a year and am very pleased. For the past few months, I have stopped in the office on my way to my unit. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Rochelle Davis every time. She answered any questions I had and assisted me with making my payments. She's professional and and very helpful. I'm sure my wife and I will see her on our next visit!
