I was trying to coordinate a military move from Indiana to Texas. Everything went great during the pick up and move, the stuff even arrived earlier than expected. The only glitch was the pick up at the terminal in El Paso. Lack of communication and helpfulness at that facility made this just a little less than awesome.

I would highly recommend U-Pack for your cross-country moving needs. From the gentlemen (Danny) who reserved the trailer to both the, person who dropped off the trailer at our existing home to the person who dropped it off at our new home. All were helpful and courteous. They were very easy to work with in regards to our timeline.

I recently relocated 526 miles away. I had been researching for my move for months. I am so glad I choose U-Pack. U-Pack gave me excellent customer service I was very satisfied with this company. I received my delivery faster then I thought. I would recommend U-Pack to anyone moving local and long distance. I will be contacting U-Pack when I buy my home.

Relocated from Illinois to Georgia recently...What an awesome U-Pack experience I had. Got my trailer delivered on a Friday, had 3 business days to load (Saturday and Sunday wasn't included ud83dude00ud83dude00) and you bet I took my sweet time to fill up that monster (6 days total). On getting to the destination, I had the trailer delivered again on a Friday and got same number of days to unload. I love their notification updates via text and all you need is one click when your trailer is ready to be picked up. Customer service support via phone is great, these people really know their stuff. Deserve 100 Stars!!!!!
