They were very quick to get back to me and communication was great. The guys that packed the truck and moved everything we're fantastic. Only reason I have them 4 stars is because I feel that it was a little pricey. If we hadn't already been planing and budgeting there's no way we would have had the extra money. If you're going to use this moving service make sure you budget accordingly if you're paying out of pocket. They do have free estimates though so that's another bonus. Overall great service!
I chose Allied because having moved several times, with my company, prior to this, I understand the importance of choosing a national company. Allied professionalism and efficiency are second to none In the industry.
This company was fantastic to work with when we moved a year ago from Champaign to Oregon. Everyone, from Julie in the office, to the estimator to the movers themselves were very responsive to our questions and needs. Everything arrived in perfect condition, on time and as scheduled, including our antiques and grand piano that they knew expertly how to handle. Federal is the sub-company of Allied who does the local business for Allied. Highly recommend!
The worst moving company. My mother in law hired them and they broke most of her stuff. Antiques and heirlooms. She called them and their answer was it must of broke in the truck. They dont want to be responsible for their carelessness. The only reason I gave them a star is so I can give this review.
