I had a really Great experience with Jae!! He answered questions and he was very thorough and straight forward! He set expectations and followed through! Very rare that you find someone that takes appreciation in their job and exceeds expectation at the same time!! If you need anything moving wise, I”d call this location first!! His employees made my experience worthwhile. I was terrified at first because I’ve never dealt with a trailer or hitch before!! Jae even fixed my hitch for me!!
Claimed that I drove the van for 100+ miles when I only made a couple of in-town trips. Charged me $90 for the miles I didn't drive.nnWould not recommend.nnEDIT: They corrected the error and refunded me.
Quick and attentive service. The manager, Andres, whom I had the pleasure of dealing, runs an exceptional and well coordinated operation. First review- and well worth it. I highly recommend this location.
My past experiences at UHual have all been subpar. This past experience exceeded all of my expectations. UHaul Rep Jae Lee went above and beyond with customer service. He is very patient, transparent, and is always working hard. Thanks to Jae, my experience was incredible.
Had a hitch installed on my car and they were very helpful getting my appointment moved around to accommodate my schedule and had everything installed promptly and cleanly. I believe I was helped by Heath, and he was friendly and efficient
