Chris and his coworker whose name that I can't remember was very polite and took the time to go over a lot of different things with me regarding adjustable beds. They even helped my mother with deciding on what type of bed she might need or want it. They both was very sweet understanding kind patient and helpful. I will recommend both of these cells people at the Homewood store on 100 and I believe 70 8th and Halsted. Love the experience will return again.
I am so glad I went to Mattress Firm in Homewood! Our sales associate, Thalassa, went above and beyond in answering my questions, giving real advice and tips to help me choose the best bed and made me feel comfortable. I have the best experience ever, I was approach by Thomas McDowell & Thalassa. They gave me the best service I have ever had. They made me feel comfortable and show me exactly what I could afford. Thomas was a newbie in training, but I couldn't tell he was so professional and apolize. I enjoyed the experience so much I told everyone who would listen. They did an awesome job, thank you for being friendly in a pandemic world.
