Purchased furniture from the Lansing store and Alex was horrible, he was cursing someone out on the phone when we walked in the store. I tried to speak with him in regards to furniture that was delivered over the weekend that I wanted to return. He told me I had to pay to return the furniture that was already broken, and I would loose 30% on my purchase. Never shopping her again. I tried to reason with him but he said he was not taking a loss didn't care at all about the fact that I received a broken piece of furniture.
