Won't be going or using T-Mobile!!!!!
While dealing with a mistake from an improperly transferred phone between carriers, I spent almost 3 hours with multiple representatives over the phone including having to argue and hang up on 1 individual before getting the exact steps on what to do. Walked into the store with a direct phone number to a department that would give us a much needed pin number my dad couldn't remember. While 1 individual was understanding the other began to argue with my 72 year old father. It took less than 5 minutes on the phone to retrieve his information. His account is now closed!
Zodrey at the Homewood Illinois store was great. He spent as much time as I needed to understand my new phone and transferred all my info too. The phone had to be ordered so he made sure I knew what day he would be working so I could come back and he could complete everything. Great employee!
