Anne Rutledge was our sales representative. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the bed and bed frame we were looking at. She was able to answer all our questions. She was not pushy like some salesmen are and we appreciated that so much. She is excellent at here job and she did make a sale with us. We really appreciate her.

The buying process was very low pressure. The sales representative (Anne Rutledge) was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between mattresses, the sleep guarantee, buying options- everything. All without being pushy. My wife and I did not make the purchase on the spot but we did ask for Anne’s card. A few days later I returned and Anne wrote up the sale and scheduled the delivery and set up. We could not be any more satisfied with this buying experience.
