My experience to shop for a new sofa at Slumberland in Champaign, IL. was great. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The salesman Evan Roberts let us look around the show room and when we decided on a few sofas I went to him and ask him if he could check on a previously purchased recliner's color to match the new sofa. We had purchased the recliner 3 yrs ago and so he easily found the color code in the computer. So we found the match that we were looking for and was able to purchase it right away. He also explained about the warranty and set us up for the delivery. The sofa will be delivered to us on Tuesday and I can't wait to have it in my home to be able to enjoy for a long time to come.
Our sales rep Andy, at Slumberland made this purchase easy, affordable, and was adhering to our needs and budget. I was going to browse other stores but the deal and his attentiveness to our needs made this decision easy. Highly recommendnnI came back to order a living room set and Andy once again impressed. Was very easy and pleasant to work with. We will be back!
Our first time buying a new bed was perfect! The older gentlemen that helped us was absolutely wounderful! Was not pushy or short. Very informative and made sure to answer my wife and my questions to the letter. Helped us find the best deal for us. Recommend everyone to go here!
Our sales consultant, Evan Roberts, was extremely knowledgeable on the products, and even remembered us from our prior visit a month before! He was able to explain all the terms and additions we needed to know about, and was able to process our order very quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service he gave us, and would happily see him again for future needs if they arise.
