Very helpful

The staff are very helpful even though I didn't purchase anything the day I came in. I came in last week looking for some Christmas lights I saw on sale for a DIY project but unfortunately the website didn't tell me how many were in stock. I wrote down the store sku number for the staff when I called or came in.nnI did try to call them but no one answers. I have blue tooth in my car so I remained on hold for their lawn and garden department for an entire 15 minutes (the time it took to get to my car from my office, heat it up, and drive across town to the store). By the time I got to the store still on hold I just hungup and walked in. They weren't busy so I didn't understand why I couldn't get a hold of anyone.nnEither way I flagged down an employee since I'm not familiar with Home Depot as I usually go to Menards for most home improvement items. I showed the sku, they looked it up on their telezon and computer and we went in search of the lights. The inventory said there was only 1 which with my knowledge of working in Inventory at Walmart I knew they most likely didn't have any left.nnWe couldn't find any but I greatly appreciated the employee helping me. Very pleased with the quality of customer service!
