My phone was messed up my back was broken, camera hanging out, I had just broke my screen coming in the store. I needed to get important photos off my iPHONE 8 for sentimental reasons. TECH ED was able to get the photos off and I am extremely happy. Thank you for helping me when Sprint couldn't.!!!!! I don't like a lot of unnecessary conversations about a lot of products I will never understand or use. Mr. Wright answered my questions and kept things simple. I told him what I used my phone for and he recommended the services that would meet my needs. I was then able to make an informed decision without pressure.
