One Word- Phenomenal. Chantal was a lifesaver. From the moment that I met with her I was impressed. Chantal is professional and such a delight to work with. She executed my wedding flawlessly and the decor and vendor selection was perfect. Hunter and I are so grateful and we appreciate all of your hard work.

I was very displeased with her service. I don’t even want to give Chantal’s Wedding and Events a star at all. Brides beware.nnMy day was only successful because the help of my family in which my only request was for myself, husband, and family to relax. I did not want that stress on us the day of the wedding, but unfortunately Chantal could not deliver on her behalf to ensure this would happen. Chantal was so oblivious that she didn’t even notice that I walked down the aisle without my veil and bouquet and then blamed it on my bridesmaids who were already on the alter. No accountability at all. On the day of the wedding she spend more time getting my husband and his groomsman together than with me and my bridesmaids.nnWe paid her $2,500 to do a lot of nothing and STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED OUR DEPOSIT that we paid her for last minute runs/expenses (Our wedding was 7.13.19). Everything she did, we could have done. Our vendors provided more assistance than her, in fact our vendors were questioning her experience.nnThere were absolutely no benefits in hiring Chantal’s Wedding and Events. You are better off doing it yourself because that’s what you’ll be doing either way.
