They won't answer their phone at all
This place NEVER has any of the advertised holiday donuts ready. It ALWAYS says “so good they’re gone, check back soon.” It says this ALL day long online. I went once and they told me they were making the Saint Patrick Day ones and they would be ready in half an hour. They ONLY had regular glazed donuts at the time. So I went back less than half an hour later and they said they were out and wouldn’t have any until tomorrow. This was in the morning! And now it’s impossible to get any Easter ones. What a joke. Why even advertise holiday donuts when you can’t get any?? So frustrating.

Great donuts! Horrible service! They required everyone to have exact change. I was giving change out to the customers in Front of me. Then, I was told I couldn't get what I wanted unless I was a member. I pointed out it is on the menu. After they conceded, I counted out my change, and cashier asked me if it was correct!?! It was, but that was his job to count and make sure. Never thought I would give a KK less than 5 stars. Great donuts! Hot off the conveyer. Lowsy service at that location.
