Rude+attitude+(lazy x 3)= poor customer service!nThe lady working the window on 1/11/21 at 8:00pm messed up my order and I was completely nice about it but she still managed to catch an attitude with me for wanting what I paid for. Simply Ordered a Oreo Sundae and they put pecans in it which doesn’t come on the Sundae. My body don’t sit well with pecans so I simply wanted to have it remade. Instead of remaking the scooped some of the pecans out and put extra whip cream on it. There was still pecans left behind. If u don’t like your job quit

Food is great. Service is awesome. Come on over.

I came to this dunkin’ 15 mins before they closed and nobody took my order at the drive thru speaker and when i got to the window both employees were standing their taking videos on their phones and never took my order, so I ended up having to drive away. terrible service overall.

Stopped by the drive through yesterday night (1/21/2021) around 9:45PM and asked what ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins had, since we could not see it on the menu. The lady through the intercom informs us that they are on the right hand side of the menu. We looked, but there was not light to see what the list of flavors stated. After attempting to read it for five minutes, and the lady refusing to simply list off the flavors to us through the intercom, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Driving past the front of the shop we could clearly see her standing there with nothing better to do. Would not recommend this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. Poor evening customer service.
