I liked the fact I was able to sit inside to start feeling normal again. I stepped outside to take a call, and i was asked to leave which was upsetting. Wanted to rate higher

This DD does not honor corporate promotions. Not all DD operate this way. I go out of my way to DD than are managed better. Managers on duty want to argue with me an everyday of the week DD coffee purchaser with the DD app and this manager wants to tell me I have to go to corporate to work the promotion out Free Coffee Mondays with a purchase featured right on my phone in color and they say NO. THIS IS A Banana Republic Dunkin Donut. Keep driving past this one, they are not all as bad as this one, check out some of the other reviews if you don’t believe me.

Bad food, bad service and most staff (drive-up and male east indian's) always have a bad attitude!!! This place doesn't deserve 1 star, but 0 stars....I will never make a purchase there again!!!! Bad representors of DD.

They’ve had this Indian sounding guy on the drive through for months now and he can barely understand your order, he couldn’t keep track of my order on two separate occasions and very hard to understand. Someone else more fluent should be taking orders

Mobile orders are acknowledged quickly. There have been a few times where I've had to have my wife's lattes redone due to it being too strong or not mixed well.
