Quick and friendly service. I appreciate how busy they always seem to be yet still courteous and quick with a smile.
Their low cost generic medication program is fantastic, and really helps a lot of people. The service however leaves little to be desired. Some of the staff are okay about general courtesy, but I wouldn't go so far as to say friendly. More than 2/3s of the staff I've spoken to (over the phone) act or sound inconvenienced by my call and interrupt me when I'm trying to ask clarifying questions. I'm not one to tone police, but when behavior like that is common among employees, yea, I'm switching pharmacies. Meijers in Champaign has been FANTASTIC and they price matched one of my prescriptions. Yay.
