They were very helpful to me here and went out of their way to make sure that I got the correct part for what I needed.

Some of the employees don't know what they are doing and they are not very careful in my home

Will never rent from them again. They are misleading and lie to get you to rent from them

(2013) Had a terrible experience with this place, everyone but the staff could see the noise in the flat panel. one of the staff members even threw a remote and stormed out of the room to smoke after being confronted about the noise. we ended up taking the TV to a proper TV repair guy and he found leaking capacitors on the power supply justifying our complaints and concerns. that being said this was around the year 2013 so the staff and repair department may have changed.
