I was just here Friday. There was a dude sitting right next to the drive through window upfront and was watching loud videos on his phone. Another man was sweeping and saw me come in, and then he went back to the kitchen. After waiting for 5 minutes for the dude up front to take my order, he continued to watch videos and never acknowledged me. I asked loudly, twice, if I could order something, but still no acknowledgement. this dude was still looking at his phone. I waiting a little longer and no one came up. I ended up walking out.nI’m usually really patient with food places. this dunkin just sucks.

Since I work here, a few things I can comment on. One you cannot order milk in a cup it's not allowed and does not ring up in the system, you can only order bottled milk, two the app is not always up to date with our store, sometimes things show up on there that we don't have, or have run out of, please do not blame us for that, Thirdly if you come and buy donuts at 6pm at night that we have to prepare 5 am that morning, yes of course it might not taste the same as it does at 7 am, that's just common sense. And lastly if you have trouble understanding the person on the drive thru feel free to double check something when you get to the window to make sure we heard it right if there was any confusion.

Cashiers are rude, they need more training for better customer service. All reviews are low, manager should train more the Indian ladies to be nice and friendlier on customer. Rude and dirty place!!!!
