Panera Bread

Food is delicious, but every time I order they never accurately update their tracking or even let me know it's been dropped off. I've had food and drinks gone cold because online it states they are either making the food or it is on it's way, but no further information or ability to track it. The drivers do not call or text that food has been dropped off ever so I am forced to leave my desk/work to keep checking if it's been dropped off. A couple times I have called the restaurant to discuss this issue I have every time I'm met with attitude and a comment along the lines of, well you have your food now at least. Again, great food so I love to keep ordering from here, but there seems to be no staff accountability and continually happens on all my orders.

I have been eating here for almost 3 years now. The food is always made just how I like it. In my opinion, the espresso drinks are just as delicious as Starbucks’ drinks. As soon as I walk in I am greeted by name by the employees. I find this location to be particularly alluring as I seem to find myself here almost every single day!

Located close to the campus of UIUC, offers delicious food and service. Close to our hotel, Hilton Garden Inn. It was a great option for late dinner. Enjoy your visit at Panera Bread Champaign!

Great food. The contact less ordering process was easy.

I've never been disappointed with a meal here. Food comes out quickly, is flavorful, and not super expensive.
