Einstein Bros. Bagels

I am a regular at this location and in the past month or so the service here has become so horrible. I consistently wait over 30 min for a bagel order, have had my order come completely incorrect, have had my order given away to someone at the drive through, or it was just never made. Furthermore, the employees are not cleaning their work stations well enough or changing gloves between orders because I constantly find other shmears and sandwich ingredients incorporated into my food. It would be nice to know I could enjoy my cinnamon sugar bagel without finding a piece of jalapeño or onion shmear from another order. Definitely do not come here if you have food allergies!

Twice now they are missing things I specifically ordered and paid for. Fruit cup both times.

I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. Service treated us so kindly. This place has a good design. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.

I love their cold brew coffee . You should try it .

Food is delicious and the staff is extremely nice.
