Shout out to Rick (the manager) & the young man with the bright green shirt that was there today for the outstanding customer service ud83dudc4f. Although my order was wrong, they let me keep the wrong order, made my correct order, gave me a free cookie, & refunded my money back for the inconvenience. My point here is not that I got free stuff because I had only gone back for them to make my order correct (although it was a bonus) but rather, the manager took time out of his day to compensate for me coming back to get my order redone without a. Asking for it & B.no hesitation. Keep up the good work

EVERY SINGLE ORDER I place here for delivery ends up wrong... It’s always missing something. Want a salad AND the dressing? Nope. Want those drinks you paid for? Sorry. Want that side you paid a premium for? Too bad. Ugh...nnI wait a few months and try again and, nope, wrong again. Ordered lunch for my office staff and they decided we didn’t need the bread that’s included, I guess. Items are literally circled on the receipt as missing. Tried calling twice and no one answers. It’s really unfortunate because when the food IS correct, it’s really good. I just can’t ever seem to get everything I order.

I placed an order to be picked up 30 minutes later. The staff waited until two minutes before I arrived to let me know they didn’t have the ingredients for my chicken salad sandwich. The unfortunate part was they decided to make my boyfriend’s hot food instead of waiting for me to call back so he got dinner and I got nothing.

The pastries bagels and bread is always flawless when the baker Becky works. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store and restrooms are always clean. Drive through is quick.
